We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery.

Their is no free and easy returns through courier pickup. You have to pay all the charges for the shipping.

We will not refund you the money for the return of the product but will create a promo code for you that would be of the amount of your returned product so that you can buy other product . The promo code would be send to you on your mail when the product reaches the ware house and the product is in good condition. If product is in damaged condition we me charge you and your promo code would have less amount than the original product amount.

If you buy other product through promo code and the product amount is less than the promo code we will make another promo code for the left amount.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION /MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at support@zooloobazar.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials tag’s and product until receipt of instructions of the zooloobazar regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at support@zooloobazar.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.if customer get damage or defective or wrong product in this case full refund will granted.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from zooloobazar for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, zooloobazar does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the products.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that zooloobazar shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to zooloobazar within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from zooloobazar.

Safe receipt of defective product by zooloobazar is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
